Youth Justice Outreach
YJOP provides outreach counselling and reintegration supports to youth serving a sentence order by meeting with young people in their community or wherever they can be connected. Through this focused outreach approach YJOP works in partnership with young people to access resources and navigate system in addition to developing skills to support their reintegration in the community.
