Youth Justice Substance Use
Substance Use counseling is offered as an in-house program at all of the Toronto youth probation offices. In addition, Substance Use counselors are available to meet with youth in their community using an outreach approach. Harm reduction and education in addition to consultation for young persons, their families and probation is also provided.
Access to services is through referral from probation services.
